I had surgery around February last year, and because I originally had a retruded chin, I used to live getting chin-tip filler! My face being large and angular was stressful, so after consultation, they said my cheekbones were not very large and recommended square jaw surgery and chin advancement, so I went ahead with it. The retruded chin improved, and since the director really pursues a natural look, the overall length and size of my chin did not noticeably decrease. The retruded chin improved, but I do feel a bit regretful, thinking, what if they had cut a little more off the chin length and square jaw... If they had reduced it even just a tiny bit more, the hardship and cost of surgery would not have felt wasted... On the other hand, I think it is better than going to another hospital where they shave too much, ending up with a dog-like jaw, sagging skin, and an obvious surgical look. I think I would have been satisfied if they had just reduced it very slightly, just a little more... So after surgery, because there was not much change, I cried at the hospital and had another consultation. The director said he would address what I wanted after about 6 months, and even said he would remove fat from my chin and graft it into the cheekbone contour irregularities... but I do not want facial surgery anymoreㅠ and with fat grafting there are things you lose too, so I did not go... Still, he was responsible, and while there are many shady hospitals that only care about money, that clinic really does prioritize safety, and the director’s sense of responsibility was very good.. My face was not the type with a super square jaw or severe facial contour irregularities! It was just that my head and face were a bit large compared with my body, so I had the surgery hoping to see even a slight effect. I have not heard that others noticed or that I became prettier, but since at least the retruded chin improved, I am trying to be satisfied.. But after growing out my hair and changing my vibe, I actually hear a lot that I got prettierㅋㅋㅋ This is just my personal thought, but even if your face becomes smaller, if it sags, you look less attractive and older. For people whose face is not extremely large or whose contours are not very severe, I wonder if it might be better to spend money on lifting procedures or skin treatments haha. I actually hear much, much more often that I got prettier from that, and I am more satisfiedㅠ....
