Among the hospitals I've been to, the doctor explained side effects, his own surgery style, and things like the bone structure of my face in the most detail. It felt like the consultation was about 20 minutes. I thought the surgical method here seemed good but also like it could be bad, so I felt it might be polarizing. But the result seems like it will be good. They seem proud that there were no side effects among their patients. Aftercare also looks decent, and the biggest advantage seems to be that the doctor directly takes part in deciding my nose height and shape during surgery.
