I went on a weekday afternoon, and there were quite a few people waiting, so I was seen a little later than my reservation time. They did not take photos and consulted with me while looking at my face after I took off my mask. I liked how confidently they talked about the surgery. The manager also showed me surgery photos and spoke very confidently, but they only talked about the good points and not the side effects, which made me feel a bit uneasy.
