It’s been about 5 to 6 years since I had orthodontic treatment. Even from when I first took off the braces, my lower teeth weren’t as straight as they had been corrected to be. At the dental clinic, they said they wouldn’t move any further, so they took the braces off. I’m more satisfied than before treatment, but they didn’t give me fixed retainers and I’ve only been using removable retainers, so my teeth are shifting again;;; I went to another clinic for a cleaning and asked about it, and they said if they had extracted different teeth when doing the extractions, it might have turned out prettier, and that the fact I didn’t get fixed retainers seems to be making it shift more..... At the clinic where I had orthodontics, they said I didn’t need them, so I didn’t get them... I should have looked into it more carefully. It feels too wasteful to do it all over again in terms of both time and money... I spent a lot, but since I’m not satisfied, I’m thinking about redoing only the lower teeth.. Anyone can tell I had orthodontic treatmentㅠㅠ
