It's a clinic I went to after asking a friend whose double eyelid surgery turned out really well. The staff were kind, just to the extent of doing their jobs. That kind of thing isn't very important to me. At some places, the consultation manager looks first and says you need this and that, like giving a preliminary estimate, but here there was none of that. The consultation manager really only did the consultation, and the director decided everything related to the surgery, so I liked that.
