A friend had a very successful double eyelid surgery, so I asked about it and went to this hospital. The staff were just polite enough to do their jobs. That part wasn't very important to me. At some places, the consultation manager looks at you first and says you need to do this and that, almost as if they're drawing up a preliminary quote, but here there was none of that. The consultation manager really only handled the consultation, and the doctor made all the decisions about the surgery, which I liked.
