I had incisional double eyelid surgery and ended up with uneven eyes. From the beginning, it didn't seem like swelling; the line itself was strange, so I kept thinking, no way, no way, but after the swelling went down, I really ended up with uneven eyes. When I open my eyes, one side is an in-line crease and the other side is just completely an out-line crease, but the shape was set strangely, so it became sausage-like.
