My waist didn’t become dramatically slim, but it definitely did get smaller. Above all, my waist used to hurt a bit in daily life, and after removing the fat, I do feel like the burden on my lower back definitely decreased. It’s been about 2 years, and there is a little unevenness, but it’s only to the extent that I notice it, so I just let it be. Even if I went back, I think I’d do it again.
