Originally, I was only going to do my upper arms and accessory breast area, but they recommended adding the scapular area, so I added it separately. I think it was a good choice. I definitely look smaller overall,,
Before surgery, they disinfect very thoroughly! It was a little cold, so I felt chilly, but since it was to prevent infection, I endured it :3 I drifted off to sleep, and when I woke up, I found myself wearing a compression garment and sleeping in a warm bed.
On the day of surgery, I went home, washed dishes, hung laundry, studied, and slept. It didn’t hurt at all. I wondered if it was just my constitution because I had no bruising and no swelling, but right after surgery, I kept using my right arm, so some swelling moved down into my upper arm. It hurt a little before I went to sleep, but when I checked the next day, it had gone down quickly again, so it was fine.
Until about one week, the swelling would be there a little? then not there, and the bruising showed a bit like in the photos, so I applied bruise cream. After a week, it was all gone. It was definitely the slimmest on the first day, then gradually swelled, and from day 10 it seemed to get slim again.
For about two weeks, I was told to disinfect the stitches well and to make sure to do massage and stretching diligently, so I tried to do them whenever I could. But there was definitely a stiff? feeling, how should I put it, like my arms didn’t stretch well.
After the stitches were removed, the stiffness definitely decreased, and I kept doing massage. They told me to wear the compression garment for up to a month, so I’m still wearing it,, At first, it made me short of breath and was uncomfortable, but after wearing it continuously, it feels unpleasant when I don’t wear it lol
I have a radiofrequency appointment next week, and now I’m managing the stitch marks by applying scar cream every day.
Now that my upper arms are definitely slimmer, my frame looks smaller and I look slimmer too, so even my friends ask why I’ve lost so much weight. The sleeve width? of my T-shirts has become really roomy, so it’s fascinating. I’m 100% satisfied satisfied hehe. I totally highly recommend arm liposuction.
