It's been 1 year since I got braces. Maybe because I had a total of 9 teeth extracted (4 upper and lower teeth + 4 impacted wisdom teeth + 1 supernumerary tooth), I went from a square jaw to a completely half-sized slim jaw. Even I was shocked;; But when I had the supernumerary tooth extracted, they did it under general anesthesia, and after that I feel like my nostril wings spread a bit, so I'm disappointed about that. Also, the wire keeps poking the inside of my cheek, which is really uncomfortable.. Still, my teeth have become straight, and I think I'll soon be able to bite through food with my front teeth, so if your malocclusion is severe like mine, I definitely recommend it
