My 3 years and 3 months of orthodontic treatment is finally over..
It was so hard all this time ㅠㅠ I just couldn’t get used to braces Especially when eating with other people..! I couldn’t smile after eating
Now that the treatment is over, even though it was that hard, I think I’m glad I did it. I had snaggle teeth and my teeth weren’t aligned evenly, but now they’re completely straight, so I really like it
But since my teeth moved a lot after all (4 extractions total, upper and lower), they feel a bit sensitive, and it kind of feels like the roots have gotten weaker? So I do end up avoiding hard foods a little when I eat Orthodontic treatment is something you really need to think carefully about before doing, but I’m really, really satisfied, so if your teeth aren’t evenly aligned, I totally recommend it!!
I started at 24 and finished at 27 lol
