I had the lower-eye S-line back canthoplasty done about ten years ago. I was tempted by the before-and-after photos in the reviews, but I regretted it right away after getting it done. Aesthetically, it made the outer corners of my eyes droop too much, so instead of looking gentle, my eyes looked stupid. Since it is a surgery that removes the muscle under the eyes, my cheekbones suddenly looked saggy and my whole face took on a droopy impression. My eye redness and conjunctival edema did not go away for months, so in the end I had revision surgery twice to restore it. The doctor's attitude during the restoration surgery was really something else. After doing the surgery wrong, why did the patient have to be the one walking on eggshells? If you touch the eye muscles, it may look nice until your 30s, but once the face starts to sag, it really falls apart compared with people who never had surgery. Please decide carefully
