I had S-line lower-eye back canthoplasty about 10 years ago. I was tempted by the review photos and did it, but I regretted it right away. For aesthetics, it made the outer corners of my eyes too droopy, so instead of looking gentle, I ended up with a foolish-looking gaze. Since it is a surgery that cuts the lower-eye muscle, my cheekbones suddenly looked more sunken and my whole face changed to an impression that looked saggy. The conjunctival redness and conjunctival edema didn't go away for months, so I ended up having revision surgery twice to restore it. The doctor's attitude during the revision surgery was quite something. He messed up the surgery himself, so why on earth was the patient the one who had to tiptoe around him...
