I had made a reservation and went, but the manager came out and said the director was not there, so I could only consult with her. She kept bringing up the director's career and telling me to trust her and make a reservation What kind of clinic is it if you cannot even meet the doctor? Even if a skilled doctor is based there, who would actually make a reservation and get surgery at a place like that? I cut ties immediately.
