My cheekbones were not especially prominent, and the goal was to refine my facial line. Both the consultant and the surgeon gave their opinions objectively, The surgery itself finished early, and there was not much swelling on the day. However, the swelling increased over time and went down differently depending on the individual. I am satisfied with the surgery, but I think the results will vary a lot from person to person. That said, the waiting time was long and the aftercare was somewhat lacking. Still, the doctor in charge was kind and very knowledgeable.
