I made a consultation appointment, but on the day of the visit, they called two hours before and unilaterally asked if I could come earlier than the appointment because of the doctor's schedule, and then said that if I could not arrive exactly on time, the consultation might not happen. I was upset and did not go. A clinic that ignores appointments and changes times however it wants based on its own circumstances would be a disaster to have surgery at. You should either respect patients at the minimum level and keep basic manners, or do surgery, or make money.
