The feedback during the procedure was good, and they tend to try to do it the way you want. They were very kind and kept talking to me during the procedure, which helped my fear go away. When I revisited for molding, they skipped the numbing cream and gave me injections. It hurt so much I thought I might die. They had explained it as if everything could be adjusted during molding, but then said I would need additional injections in the sunken areas. I wondered whether calculating that from the beginning should be up to the doctor’s judgment. They are kind only during the first procedure, but when you go for a retouch, it feels like you have to watch their mood. My mouth was badly bruised, so I asked for one mask, and they said they didn’t have any. They refused curtly. Maybe as a service, they gave me a laser treatment to reduce swelling! Overall, I’m reasonably satisfied with the design.
