It was my first time getting laser hair removal in my life. I just found it while looking around because it was cheap, but since it's a factory-style place, even though I had a reservation, the waiting time was incredibly, incredibly, incredibly long, and I don't even know if the staff were friendly. I got one hair removal session, but it hurt so much that I can't do it again. If a refund is possible, I want one.
