The feedback during the procedure was good, and they were the type to try to do things the way I wanted. Very kind, and they kept talking to me during the procedure to help me lose my fear. When I came back for molding, they skipped the numbing cream and just gave me the injection. I almost died from the pain. They explained it as if everything could be adjusted during molding, but then said the hollowed areas would need additional injections. Isn't that supposed to be the doctor's discretion from the start? They were only kind the first time, and when I went back for a touch-up, it felt like I had to read the room. My mouth was bruised badly, and when I asked for a mask, they said they didn't have any and refused bluntly. As a service, they did a laser treatment to reduce swelling! In the end, I was fairly satisfied with the design.
