During my first nose surgery, the bridge of my nose was thick and the columella area had come down, making it look droopy, so I ended up getting revision surgery. I looked for a single-doctor clinic that specializes in revision rhinoplasty as much as possible, and after narrowing it down through reviews and consultations, this was the clinic I was most satisfied with. The director said he would lower the nasal bridge around the glabella, use autologous costal cartilage, and lift from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip and columella to create the look I wanted. Just as he designed it, I got the slim, high, straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted. If autologous costal cartilage is used, people usually worry most about pain or scarring, but perhaps because he handles costal cartilage well, it wasn’t severe, and the scar also healed well without any problems. I feel like my features look more defined and feminine, so I’m very satisfied.
