About 9 years ago, I had cheekbone reduction and chin advancement surgery at the same time. It was much cheaper than other hospitals and the reviews were good, so I went ahead, but only the side cheekbones were reduced and the 45-degree cheekbones are still there. The chin advancement surgery is better than before the operation, but I still get told I have a weak chin. I do regret not paying a bit more and going to a clinic that could have definitely reduced the cheekbones.
