About 9 years ago I had cheekbone and receding-chin surgery together. It was much cheaper than other hospitals and the reviews were decent, so I went ahead with it, but only the side cheekbones were reduced and the 45-degree cheekbones remained. The chin advancement surgery is better than before the operation, but I still get called weak-chinned. I do regret not going to a hospital that could have definitely reduced the cheekbones a bit more for a little extra money.
