I had my first nose surgery at a clinic in Apgujeong in the summer of 2018. Back then, even going around for consultations felt annoying, so I only looked at two places and signed the contract right away at the last place.. I had osteotomy for the crooked nose + 4 mm silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + alar lift + columella lowering. In conclusion, I was very satisfied. Other people also envied it, saying it was a natural but high, defined nose. The surgery was done under general anesthesia, and right after surgery the director told me how the surgery had been done. The best part was that I could meet the director in person for everything, including when the nasal packing was removed, suture removal, and the one-month follow-up.
