I went for a revision eyelid surgery consultation, and the director was easygoing and gave a kind, thorough consultation. The manager did have a slightly serious air, but I liked that she was flexible about the price and the consultation itself. The desk staff were just average.. I don’t think they were especially kind or bad. Everything was fine, but when I went to the consultation, I was wearing my own mask and hat. Usually, other directors ask you to wear the hat backward or take it off, but here they didn’t go that far, so I did get the impression that they didn’t look at things in great detail. That doesn’t mean they were unkind. They answered my questions well. Even after going around to all the other clinics, this place had the best price, and in the end I debated a lot between this place and one other clinic, but decided on the other place I think I chose the other place because there are a lot of comments saying they specialize in noses, and there aren’t many eye reviews
