2-week review of revision rhinoplasty

Before Before After <week 2> I had rhinoplasty 4 years ago using silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, and I hadn’t planned on getting revision surgery, but the nasal tip was slightly sunken in, so I went to the hospital where I had my first surgery for the director to check my progress. They didn’t even take a CT scan and said something ridiculous, that even though about 4 years had passed, it might be because of swelling. I just let it go and lived with it, but when I looked in the mirror, my nose looked crooked and the columella also looked strange, so I became more and more anxious. I wanted to have the inside of my nose checked and get consultations, so I went to three hospitals recommended by everyone here. After thinking it over, I liked the consultation the most, and the director is also well known for costal cartilage surgery, so I paid the deposit right away. When I looked at the CT images, they said my nose was crooked and that calcification? was progressing, so I scheduled surgery for the earliest possible date I had surgery using strong donated costal cartilage with good retention, and now it has been about 14 days. I already really like my nasal line. I think it will look pretty even after more swelling goes down. Aside from the swelling laser and injections at the hospital, I was too lazy to do separate swelling care at home like cold compresses or walks, but I have no swelling or bruising at all, to the point where I wonder if surgery just suits my constitution... I was able to go to work right after the cotton packing was removed. I think revision rhinoplasty needs to be chosen even more carefully than the hospital for the first surgery. I hope everyone gets consultations at several places, chooses well, and definitely succeeds with revision surgery.
