I had functional nose surgery and corrected a hump nose + droopy nose + bulbous nose together! First, I wanted some height, and I wanted it to have a somewhat dramatic feel, so I had it done with autologous costal cartilage. It feels like it came out as well as I expected? haha It's been a few months now, and the shape hasn't changed much from the beginning, so I think this may be the final shape~ If it maintains well like this, I feel like I can live happily haha Since it was a nose with multiple issues, and I was doing my first surgery with autologous costal cartilage, I had a lot of worries and was also really nervous, but I feel like I got the result of doing a lot of legwork, so I'm happy haha I was ambitious, but they made it even prettier than exactly what I wanted, so I'm very satisfied!!
