I had my second nose surgery at A Top. I only wanted them to correct the crookedness, but my nose ended up becoming a bulbous nose.. I’m grateful that they removed as much Gore-Tex as possible, but apart from that, my satisfaction with the surgery was honestly so bad it felt excessive. It was just too much.... They put in silicone that was way too thick, so my nose became wider from the side, and when harvesting ear cartilage, they made the incision toward the front without prior notice. That area became inflamed, so I suffered for a very long time treating it, and the cost of those medications was also paid by the patient... It was hard going back and forth from far away too; Even when I complained, nothing changed, so I’m looking into a third nose surgery.
