I had my second nose surgery at A-Top. I just wanted the crooked part corrected, but the nose ended up becoming bulbous.. I'm grateful they removed as much Gore-Tex as possible, but separately from that, the satisfaction with the surgery itself was so bad it was almost absurd.... They put in silicone that was way too thick, so the nose got wider sideways, and when harvesting the ear cartilage they cut toward the front without any prior notice, which caused inflammation in that area and I had to suffer for a very long time treating it, and the medication cost was also borne by the patient... It was hard going back and forth over long distances too; Even after complaining, nothing changed, so I'm looking into a third nose surgery.
