First I consulted with the manager, who asked which part I wanted surgery for, and then I met the director. They looked at my nose in very fine detail, and the consultation seemed to last about 20 minutes...! They answered everything I was curious about and explained things in great detail, so the consultation was excellent. The manager also knew a lot about noses and gave a very long consultation. But my nose doesn't have any functional problems, and yet they recommended functional nose surgery and even more than necessary, so I felt there was absolutely no way I should have surgery there....
