ㄷㅇㅇ(ㅅㅇㅅ) costs 2.03 million won when using ear cartilage, and 3.8 million won for autologous costal cartilage. They said the surgery would be done by using septal cartilage + ear cartilage only for the nasal tip, and not touching the nasal bridge at all. Since I have a short nose, it seems like it would be difficult to get the look I want. They recommended autologous costal cartilage because there is a high chance the nasal tip may droop. (Autologous costal cartilage for a first surgery feels burdensome...ㅜ I went to 4 clinics, and this was the only place that recommended autologous costal cartilage...) They said AS is possible for 1 year. They said the cotton packing is removed after two days, and the splint is removed after one week. What I felt after consulting with the director was that the director is honest. He says no when something cannot be done, and told me to visit other clinics too before deciding. I did not really have anything to ask, so I think the consultation ended in just 10 minutes. The consultant was also kind. After the consultation was all over, she even called the elevator for me herself and told me to think it over carefully. But it felt like they only answered when I asked...? Rather than having a consultation, it felt like they were just promoting really hard. There was also some pressure to pay a deposit. Maybe because I went in the morning, the wait was shorter than I expected. It took about 1 hour in the order of CT scan, consultant consultation, director consultation, then consultant consultation. When I asked for the deposit to be refunded, 100,000 won was deposited right away the next day.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
