I had nose surgery as a man! I had cosmetic and functional surgery together. I had a slightly bulbous nose, a hump, and a low nasal bridge, so I think they raised the bridge with 4 mm silicone, refined the hump, and just tied the nasal tip cartilage using septal cartilage!
