The consultation manager and the director were both kind. I told them about my concerns and explained why I came to this hospital and what I was hoping for. It didn’t feel like they were putting down other hospitals, but rather that they spoke really well? Like they inspired trust? But I have a deviated septum, and at the hospital I went to right before this, they recommended functional rhinoplasty. Here, they said they would straighten the deviated septum without any additional cost, so I wasn’t able to ask whether that means the function would improve or not. I think I need to organize my questions and ask the consultation manager? one more time, so I couldn’t decide right away.
