The director was kind and the consultation manager was kind too, which I liked. Two years after the surgery, a small problem seemed to come up, so I came back, and even then they explained things well and were quick to try to solve it, which put me at ease. During the pre-op consultation, they explained the surgical method well too, and there was no waiting, which was nice. I had a forehead lift and reduction together, and also facial fat removal, so I can't really remember the cost and wrote it roughly
