I consulted with the manager and was recommended upper epicanthoplasty, buried sutures, and ptosis correction. I felt like upper epicanthoplasty probably wasn’t even necessary, like they were adding an unnecessary procedure, and if I had made a reservation, shouldn’t I obviously also have a consultation with the doctor? Isn’t that basic?? After the manager consultation ended, they said the doctor was in surgery and the wait would be about an hour, so I left without even seeing the doctor’s face. The doctor is the one who performs the surgery, but I didn’t even get to see the doctor’s face and only consulted with the manager.... Since I didn’t even see the doctor’s face, I’ll give only 1 point for kindness.
