When I went a few years ago, the director gave me a good consultation, but when I went a few months ago (and there had been no surgery changes in the meantime), they completely sent me away with a flat refusal for surgery, which was really absurd. Among the hospitals I have recently consulted, this was the first place that refused so openly, so I was shocked... The staff were kind.
