I had rhinoplasty at Diㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery in Gangnam, and after a year and a half, an adhesion formed between the skin and silicone near my glabella, making it look sunken. It was so absurd that I went to see the director who performed the surgery, but he had moved hospitals, and he said he had never seen it before and didn’t really know, then suggested trying filler. Of course I didn’t do it.. I’m not that stupid
So I searched YouTube to see if any directors had uploaded related videos, and fortunately I saw one posted by Director Yoonㅇㅇ of Yoonㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery in Nowon-gu, so I went to see him.
He said the adhesion near my glabella was severe, and that if he operated himself, a hole could form, so he introduced me to skilled doctors other than himself. He showed me candidates: 4ㅁㅁ ㅂ ㅅ ㅇ Theㅁㅁs ㅈㅈㅇ Gokㅁ ㄱㄴㅅ Aㅁ ㅊㅈㅇ
So I went to see all of them.
They all commonly said that it seemed the doctor who did the first surgery had operated incorrectly, and that it seemed to have happened because the silicone was placed too close to the epidermis.
And the solutions were: 1. One person said to remove the silicone and roll autologous dermis to replace everything. 2. If the silicone is readjusted, it will resolve on its own. If not, fat grafting only in that area would be enough. 3. Fat grafting doesn’t make sense, autologous dermis is correct. But there’s no need to remove all the silicone, and autologous dermis can be used only for that area. 4. It’s not a very difficult surgery, go back to the place that did it originally. (freaking careless, seriously)
After hearing several opinions, I realized Diㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery were complete bastards, and I really felt like I had been victimized by a plastic surgery factory. And I trusted the person who proposed solution no. 3 the most, so I’ll have it done by that person. Thank you so much to Director Yoonㅁㅁ, who introduced me to all these candidates.
