I had my nasal tip done with autologous rib cartilage, inner nostril/alar base reduction, and 2.5 mm silicone, and I asked for it to look natural, but this is how the shape looks now. My original nose was a high, large, straight nose like Lee Je-hoon’s, where the nostrils were not visible at all from the front. (It was actually fine before too)
But now, when I look from the front, my nostrils are lifted and so visible, and more than anything, when viewed from a 45-degree angle, my nose feels like a pinched nose From the side, the alar rim is much lower than the columella.
1. Did my nose become a scooped/cut-looking nose?
2. As time passes, will the nostrils become less visible and will the pinched feeling go away?
Please, rhinoplasty experts here, don’t just pass by and help me just once(I look much worse than before surgery right now, so my heart hurts so much)
