I had the columella removed non-incisionally at the place where I originally had it done, and the nasal tip was completely removed at CM in January this year. No tying or reduction or anything like that, just everything removed. I did not remove it because of side effects; I really just removed it because it was uncomfortable, so there were no side effects, and there is nothing uncomfortable either. It really just went back to feeling slightly more upturned than my original nose. A fat and ugly bulbous nose hahaha. I can also make a pig nose. It is nice that it looks natural, but it is ugly, so it is funny. I do understand why everyone tries to stop people when they say they are removing it, and why people get it removed and then get surgery again hahaha. For me, if I do my nose now, it would be way too obvious...
