First, you should allow for the period the clinic tells you + 1 extra year. It’s also really painful during that time. I would still do it again if told to, but it was really hard. I think it’s better to do it when you’re young.
Your overall impression becomes really, really neat. But... you can end up with a slightly retruded chin.
