I wanted orthodontic treatment because I had a slightly protrusive mouth, but the clinic said Invisalign would hurt less and take less time, so I chose Invisalign instead of wires. It wasn’t completely painless, and it hurt every time I put the aligners in, so I ended up not wearing them often. Because of that, the treatment period got longer. So if I were to do it again, I think I’d choose wires, since the chances of finishing within the planned period are definitely higher than with Invisalign. For someone who is really confident they can wear them properly, Invisalign probably isn’t a bad option. The clinic managed things well, but I lacked willpower
