Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My revision rhinoplasty turned out well, so I also got full-face fat grafting!

My nasal line didn’t come out in the style I wanted, so I had revision surgery, and this time I’m really, really, really, really satisfiedㅜ I wanted a straight-with-slight-curve line from the beginning, so I really love my nose now. For the nose, I think a straight-with-slight-curve line is truly the safest and prettiestㅋㅋ During my first surgery, it became the semi-upturned line I didn’t wantㅠㅠ It was different from what they had told me during the consultation, so I was flustered;;; The hospital kept steering the conversation as if saying that a semi-upturned line is pretty and suits me well, so I just decided this place wasn’t it and completely gave up on them ㅡㅡ At first I thought about just living with the semi-upturned line, but the line didn’t suit me at all~~ so I eventually decided on revision surgery.

I had the surgery at Yejin, an old private clinic in Apgujeong. My case wasn’t that there was a problem with the first surgery; I was simply dissatisfied with the shape and was doing it again, so the director said it probably wouldn’t be that difficult, and I received a small discount and had it done for 3.7 million wonㅎㅎ They’re known for not really having events and for expensive surgery costs, so I was nervous, but I think the consultant adjusted things well and sensibly, so I’m really grateful for that tooㅜ

The surgical method was the same as during my first surgery: silicone for the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip~ They said septal cartilage could also be used, but I just preferred ear cartilage, so I used ear cartilage! I felt uneasy about septal cartilage because of its firmness and the possibility of functional issuesㅠ Also, in my case, considering it was revision surgery, recovery was fast and swelling was on the lower side. Thinking back, the recovery period and the degree of facial change were similar to my first surgery too~

Now it has been over six months since surgery, and compared with the first surgery, it feels much sharper and more defined. From the glabella to the nasal bridge and nasal tip line, it now matches my facial image, so I really like the refined, feminine feeling. And when I went for my 6-month follow-up last month, I also added full-face fat grafting, so now I’m in week 3.

My facial fat had decreased too much and I looked gaunt, giving me an older-looking impressionㅜㅜ Because it felt like only my eyes and nose stood out, I was stressed, so instead of going around to several places, I just had it done at the place where I had the surgeryㅋ As much as I expected, the director added an appropriate amount of fat naturally, so I think it turned out pretty :) They said to do the second fat grafting after 2 months, but there’s no need to do it sooner, right~?

As I was writing, it got a bit long^.^;; If there are people like me who don’t have complication issues but are dissatisfied with the shape or line from their first surgery, I hope you don’t hesitate and look for a good hospitalㅠㅠ It’s my face that I’ll live with for life... Cosmetic surgery is something you do for personal satisfaction!
