I wanted a straight-but-slightly-curved line, and after looking at review photos, I narrowed it down to the three places I liked best based on the most consistent shapes and went for consultations at all three
YBS (ㅟㅓㅡ)/Seo, NUD (ㅔㅣㅁㄷ)/Lee, LBL (ㅜㅡㅡ)/Yoon
YBS/Seo (looks very busy)
- Tip of nose (cartilage, septum); septum alone is enough - Glabella (silicone under 2 mm ~ 2 mm, non-implant is also possible) - Bulbous nose, hump nose, drooping tip (long-nose correction) - Sedation anesthesia - CCTV recording possible, but not live - During surgery, the director takes photos to confirm whether the surgery is being carried out - Possible to photograph the nose before the splint is put on - Septum and ear cartilage are enough
NUD/Lee (only 2 surgeries per day, director was good, manager was not to my liking)
- Tip of nose (cartilage, septum); septum alone is enough - Glabella (silicone under 2.5 mm) - Bulbous nose, hump nose, drooping tip (long-nose correction), columella, reducing the nasolabial angle - Sedation anesthesia & local anesthesia - Live CCTV available at the request of the legal guardian - No photos of the nose shape before the splint is put on - Septum and cartilage are enough - If the septum is thin when the nose is opened, donated rib cartilage is used with consent
LBL/Yoon (very gentle)
- Glabella (silicone 2 mm) - Columella, nasolabial angle, bulbous nose, hump nose - Sedation anesthesia - CCTV recording possible; viewing costs 100,000 won, request before surgery - Seems like photos can be taken during surgery - There is a risk of sagging with septum alone, so rib cartilage is recommended
YBS didn’t leave a strong impression somehow.. The place that identified my nose problems the best was NUD The place I liked the shape of most was LBL

Did any of you have your first surgery done with rib cartilage recommended? I’m torn between donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage
