I chose The Plastic Surgery because they were running an event for lateral canthal fixation surgery and it was inexpensive. After talking with Director Kim Tae-rin and Dr. Choi Seok-min, they said they would do it well with confidence, so I decided.
In my case, I have sunken eyes, so they could not make a very large incision,
but they performed the surgery through lateral canthal fixation so that the muscle would be fixed as much as possible to the bone at the outer corner of the eye, while avoiding the side effect of lateral canthoplasty, a ㄷ-shaped deformity. So they said they do not know exactly how many centimeters were cut.
Both photos above were taken from the front at the hospital, so they are the same angle.
Honestly, I had heard that lateral canthoplasty does not make much difference, so when I looked at my own eyes I could not really tell the difference, but looking at the photos, there is some difference.
Still, it turned out natural, so I am satisfied.
