I had the procedure last November at an app event price (a procedure where the nasal alae and columella area are tied and fixed with threads), and the effect lasted about 2 months... I was told that if I laughed broadly after the procedure, it could loosen quickly, but I just laughed freely, so maybe it came undone even faster.. But the before-and-after difference isn’t huge. It’s really only noticeable to me. So I recommend it only for people who think even a veeeery slight reduction would be enough.
