I went for a nose consultation, and the counseling manager said that if they tie up the tip and place autologous dermis (Megaderm) at the tip, it would probably be fine. I didn’t have a separate consultation with the doctor, and they said I could just decide on surgery when I come on the day of the operation. I’m worried that if I do it with autologous dermis, it might absorb quickly, so I’m going to think about it a little more before deciding.
