There do not seem to be many reviews of lower blepharoplasty scar progress, so I am posting mine! It has been quite a while since surgery, so everything has settled well, and as you can see in the photo (no retouching), the scars are barely noticeable, haha. My dark circles have not disappeared completely, but they have improved a lot, so I am satisfied! Of course, results vary by doctor, so I think it is best to research carefully before deciding. If you are considering lower blepharoplasty, I hope this helps. I had lower blepharoplasty and under-eye fat grafting together at Miho!
