[Bulbous nose] Revision surgery for crooked nose and bulbous nose, Part 2

<ㅇ>Anyway, so I decided to use autologous costal cartilage, lower the glabella area, and raise the nasal tip since it had dropped. I set the date for 2 weeks later and I think I searched reviews like crazy. The consultation time had been so short that I felt anxious. I was worried that, like my first surgery, I’d be clueless and just assume the doctor would take care of it, then not get the result I wanted.. So on the day of surgery, I wanted to speak clearly, and I brought detailed design points for each area plus all the photos of what I wanted and didn’t want. I also watched tons of nose surgery vlogs on YouTube and packed everything I’d need for the day of surgery through day 3.. As I said in Part 1, I’m from out of town, and since my surgery was on Friday night, I had to sleep near the hospital. I had to go back to the hospital on day 3 anyway, so I stayed in Seoul until Monday. Anyway.. but on the day, I met the doctor again before surgery, and even then, unlike what I expected, we didn’t talk for very long. He didn’t draw all over my face like other hospitals do, and just very simply asked me one last time if there was anything I wanted to say lol. The feeling I got was that he already seemed to know everything: what I wanted, what I was unhappy with, and how I wanted it to turn out.. After a miserable week after surgery, I got the stitches removed and the splint taken off. But seriously.. I was shocked, it was an upturned pig nose... Ah... I’m screwed... That’s what I thought, but on day 8 after surgery, from about 2 hours after removing the splint, the swelling suddenly started going down. Now on day 10 after surgery, it has become much slimmer, the nasal tip has come down a lot, and the glabella is still a bit swollen, but overall the crookedness has been corrected, the uneven nostrils from the first surgery have been corrected, and it was raised more slimly than the first time, so the bulbous nose correction is better. According to the doctor, last time it was apparently built 100% with ear cartilage. But this time it was done with costal cartilage, so hopefully it won’t droop.. And he said he reused the old ear cartilage on top of that for an umbrella graft and placed it slightly over it. So I think the tip turned out prettier and a bit more dramatic. I don’t really like dramatic noses, so I think this will depend on each person’s preference, but the doctor apparently likes more dramatic noses a bit. So people who don’t like dramatic noses should probably say so in advance. I’ll drop my day 10 photos and go. If you’re curious about anything, ask. I kind of wanted to tell my plastic surgery story in detail, and it feels a bit relieving lol. This time I really spent almost a month searching the entire internet and looking up all kinds of nose surgery information, so I can probably answer most questionsㅇㅇ
