At my first consultation at the end of November 2021, I had a CT scan and then the consultation. The manager and Director Noh Bong-il were both kind and listened carefully to my concerns. They tried to accommodate what I wanted as much as possible, so I felt drawn to them. So I paid the deposit. They did not particularly consult while looking at the CT images. It seemed like they were just for the director to look at.
-Total estimate 3D silicone (height 3 mm), hump removal (no osteotomy / if doing osteotomy, an additional 600,000-800,000 won), septal cartilage, ear cartilage (I wanted the nasal tip raised more, but they said this was already the best possible for my level. They said they put it in 2 layers), Missko removal (additional 500,000 won) Fat removal, cartilage tying, cutting asymmetric nasal tip cartilage => Event price 3.4 million won
I originally planned to have surgery in December or January, but my schedule got pushed back, so I booked surgery for 4/1. Since a lot of time had passed after the consultation and I was worried, I thought about getting another consultation, but I did not because it was a hassle.
It was 3D custom-made silicone, but they did not tell me the length or height until I asked separately. Also, the manager said of course they would show me the silicone they made and would try it against my nose before surgery, but there was no sign of that happening until right before surgery. When I asked the director, he said it had been sterilized so they could not take it out and show me. I thought they would hold it up together with me, but I guess they meant they try it on during surgery. So the only way to check is after the surgery is all finished. -During consultation, I recommend appealing your needs really carefully and precisely, and rather presenting the nose you want as slightly higher than what you actually want (I am a bit sad because mine turned out lower than I expected).
4/1 surgery booked for 11:00 - arrived at 10:30 - bathroom - changed clothes - before photos - waited - surgery from 11:30 to 2:30
Right before surgery, I filled out the review event consent form and the surgery consent form.
On the day of nose surgery, I was sitting on the operating table while all the nurses were looking at me and waiting. Because they were busy consulting, it felt hectic and like I had to say things quickly. So I could not ask many things I wanted to ask. But even if I asked, the nuance was like, “Even if you tell me, I will take care of it anyway.” (Not in an offensive way; he smiled, but that was just the nuance he gave off.)
The surgery was done with only a gown, pants, and underwear on. But the gown opened too much, so my whole chest was visible. It was humiliating.
The day after surgery, 3 days later, and 1 week later, I went to the hospital to check the progress. Each time, they cleaned and disinfected my nose and did some swelling laser or red light thing for about 5 minutes. Then the director came, looked at my nose, and left. The director, nurses, and manager all checked on me kindly. But the director seemed a bit busy, and my nose was not finished yet either, so I did not ask this and that. Still, if I asked, he answered well and told me not to worry.
4/21, week 3, and the swelling has gone down a lot, so people do not know unless I tell them. But from the side, since the hump was shaved down, the line definitely became more feminine. I wish the height were higher, but the director said this was the maximum, so I decided to be satisfied. When I contact the manager in between, she responds quickly and kindly, which is good.
I recommend this to people who want a really natural-looking nose and people who do not want their nose shape or image to change drastically.
