Would it be okay to have my nose implant removed on 7/10 in the middle of summer? It will be exactly 6 months since surgery that day, and the sooner I remove it, the less severe the degree of change will be, right? I’m planning to leave the columellar strut, and I’m curious if that’s okay too. It’s ear cartilage. Because of my upturned nose, I had alar base reduction, osteotomy, and nostril lowering done. Even if I remove the implant, will there still be some frontal-view effect? ㅜㅜ
