But this time, after rhinoplasty, my nose really has presence, and because it gives my face more dimension, the thing that used to make my mouth look protrusive is gone too. I hear a lot that I got prettier, so my self-esteem and confidence have gone through the roof lololololol The hump I had was also removed very cleanly with osteotomy, and the nasal tip and columella have settled in a rounded, nicely defined way, so the straight-to-slightly-curved line is insane. Seriously, it’s happiness itself...
